Shiksha India is a non- profit organization, launched during the India Economic Summit on 2nd December 2001. It is an initiative of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and is managed by Shiksha India Trust. Shiksha has created an e-teaching portal. This portal provides free learning content for primary and secondary school teachers, and is built by leveraging open source tools and technologies.
This group is created to bring all those people together who would like to contribute by raising awareness about this initiative and encourage more schools and teachers to use this portal.
